BELLATI · POWER OF ATTORNEY · FULLMAKT
Representation before Swedish authorities
With a written power of attorney (fullmakt), Bellati can act on your behalf before Swedish authorities, also when you live abroad.
What a power of attorney is
A power of attorney is a signed document in which you authorise another person to act in your name within a defined scope. In Sweden the representative is called ombud.
When it is needed
- You live outside Sweden and have matters pending here.
- You need contact with Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan, Kronofogden, Migrationsverket or a municipality.
- You need help with applications, appeals, debts or benefits.
- An estate, property or company matter requires a representative in Sweden.
How we work
- Initial consultation to define the matter.
- Written power of attorney with a clear scope.
- Contact with the authority, documentation and follow-up.
- Regular updates in English, Swedish or Spanish.
Scope
Bellati is not a law firm. Representation takes place within the written power of attorney. Assignments as god man or förvaltare require appointment by the relevant authority.
